I'm so happy to report that Sandy was completely gone in time for Halloween. We went to a nearby neighborhood, and it was a lot of fun. They went all out with decorations, and there were tons of kids (and adults) out enjoying the night. My little pirate and "train driver" were super cute, polite, and excited.
