Chapel Hill, Family, and Time to Read

1.  This week's business trip brought me back to my university town.  I hadn't been back in over a decade, and it was very fun to take a drive through campus, relishing in the memories that came flooding back.

2.  The trip also afforded me the opportunity to have dinner with my aunt, uncle, and cousin who happen to live in town now.  It was so great to catch up and have a fun dinner with three very cool people.

3.  I enjoyed having the opportunity to read on the flight.  It's not often that I get a solid two-hour block of time to devote to a book.  I'm reading the last book in the Stieg Larsson trilogy - The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest - and while I still maintain they aren't my favorite books (too violent), they are wildly addictive.  I am hooked.

  1. Even though I swore off my home town a year ago, I could really use a trip down memory lane. And two hours of reading time.
