Menu of the Week

Spinach and Ricotta-Stuffed Shells, salad, bread

Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans

Sloppy Joes, salad (carrot sticks for the big boy)

Lemon Pepper Shrimp Scampi, roasted asparagus

Dessert:  On Saturday, we enjoyed the strawberry-almond tart.  Probably my favorite springtime dessert.  For the week, I made some of the best brownies ever, and a second batch of homemade ice pops.  This time - orange mango.  The big boy is loving the ice pops and even said he doesn't want any brownies.  Fine by me!
