This week's pick comes from Denmark: Tina Dico. Her sound is hard to summarize. Some songs remind me of old Joni Mitchell, others have beautiful vocal harmonies that have a bluegrass/country feel, others have soul or R&B rhythms, others sound like radio-friendly pop songs. I'm just getting to know her via last year's album, The Road to Gavle
. She has a strong voice and interesting lyrics, and I'm enjoying her music.
