This week's music pick is Sarah Harmer. She's a Canadian folk singer who is tremendous fun to sing along with. I love her latest album, which came out in June and was her first in several years. My favorite song is a duet with Neko Case entitled Silverado. The video above is a live performance of a song called "Captive". I find that the artists I am most drawn to are those that can perform like this - completely stripped down to themselves and their instrument - and still sound amazing.
