I'm such a sucker for a girl with a guitar. I recently discovered Antje Duvekot. This is from her latest album, The Near Demise of the High Wire Dancer
. She's similar to lots of other girls-with-guitars that I love. Lucy Kaplansky in particular comes to mind. But she has a style all her own. She's still playing mostly in coffeehouses and art houses, so be on the lookout for her. Check her out if you're so inclined and have a fabulous weekend!
